What makes it special?

Varieties: Grenache Noir, Syrah. 20-year-old vines planted on slopes and trellises.
Viticulture: Certified organic agriculture. Regenerative viticulture.
Production: Manual harvest selecting the grapes in the vineyard and in small boxes to maintain the integrity of the grapes. Destemmed and gently crushed. We let the mixture of skins, pulp, pips and must macerate for about 4-6 hours in a stainless steel tank and then press it. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15–16 °C.
Pairing: It is a great companion for appetizers and white fish dishes, fish stews, rice dishes, pasta, vegetable pizza and white meats.
Alcohol content: 14%
Serving temperature: Serve chilled. 6–8 °C.
