What makes it special?

Grape varieties: Garnatxa Negra, Syrah. 20-year-old vines, both bush-trained and trellised on steep slopes.
Viticulture: Certified organic agriculture. Regenerative viticulture.
Winemaking: Manual harvest, selecting the grapes directly in the vineyard and transporting them in small boxes to preserve their integrity. The must, together with skins, pulp and seeds, macerates for 4–6 hours in stainless steel before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15–16 °C.
Food pairing: A great match for appetisers, white fish dishes, fish stews, rice dishes, pasta, vegetable pizzas, and white meats.
Alcohol content: 14%.
Serving temperature: Serve well chilled. 6–8 °C.
