Grape varieties: Garnatxa Blanca, Xarel·lo. Young vines planted in 2020 at the Tentiber site.
Viticulture: Certified organic agriculture. Regenerative viticulture.
Winemaking: Manual harvest, selecting the grapes directly in the vineyard and transporting them in small boxes to preserve their integrity. Once destemmed and crushed, the grapes undergo a cold prefermentative maceration for approximately 24 hours to extract their full aromatic potential. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15–16°C.
Food pairing: Perfect with Mediterranean cuisine such as traditional rice dishes, creamy risottos, or pasta with seafood-inspired sauces. Ideal with shellfish, and white or oily fish — whether grilled, baked, steamed, or in light stews — for a beautifully balanced and harmonious pairing.
Alcohol content: 13%
Serving temperature: Serve well chilled. 6–8 °C.
