Grape varieties: Garnatxa Negra, Syrah, Carinyena. Young vines planted in 2018 in the Tentiber site.
Viticulture: Certified organic agriculture. Regenerative viticulture.
Winemaking: Manual harvest, selecting the grapes directly in the vineyard and transporting them in small boxes to preserve their integrity. Destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Food pairing: Perfect with traditional Catalan cuisine such as escalivada, botifarra with beans, or grilled calçots. Also excellent with grilled meats and cheeses — or with pizza and pasta dishes.
In summer, try chilling it slightly (10–12°C) and enjoy it with your favourite appetisers.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Serving temperature: 12–16 °C.
