How do we apply regenerative viticulture in our vineyards?

Regenerative viticulture consists of agricultural practices aimed at improving soil health.

Increasing biodiversity, and strengthening the resilience of the vines, while achieving a balanced ecosystem between soil, plant, and environment.

Our goal is not only to produce high-quality grapes, but also to regenerate the land — ensuring the long-term health and productivity of the vineyard.

A living, healthy soil is the foundation for producing healthy food.

We work with dedication… a lot of dedication, observation, and close attention to the vineyard.

In our case, regenerative viticulture includes the following practices:

  • We do not use synthetic chemical products (we follow organic farming standards)
  • We manage spontaneous cover crops through mowing
  • We reuse all organic matter from the vineyard (pruning remains, stems, etc.) and incorporate it into the natural cover
  • We grow without irrigation, relying solely on rainfall
  • We apply only organic and ecological fertilisers
  • We encourage the presence of beneficial fauna and microorganisms

The greatest effort takes place in the vineyard.

The personality of a wine is shaped in the vineyard — that is its origin.

Regenerative practices reinforce this personality to create unique wines that express the landscape, the terroir, and the microclimate from which they come.
